He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and has also earned certifications in Medical Transcription and as a Sanitary Inspector, which reflects his broader interest in healthcare systems and public health.
Before establishing E-Mage Transcripts, he had worked for five years in the pharmaceutical industry, handling sales roles at various multinational companies. This experience gave him valuable insights into medical products, clinical workflows, and the importance of accurate communication in healthcare. His background has allowed him to build a team and service model that prioritize precision, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Today, he continues to lead E-Mage Transcripts with a focus on innovation, quality assurance, and expansion into complementary services like medical billing, coding, data entry, and pharmaceutical market research transcription.
